Manufacturer’s Warranty
All AUX Air Source Heat Pumps are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty periods and conditions may vary depending on the product model and installation requirements. Full warranty documentation will be provided following installation.
Professional Installation
Our systems are installed by experienced heating professionals, ensuring every installation is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current industry best practice.
Insurance Backed Guarantee
For additional peace of mind, eligible domestic installations completed by Oxley Building Contractors Ltd are protected by an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) provided through the Independent Warranty Association (IWA).
This provides additional protection for your installation workmanship should the installing contractor cease trading during the guarantee period, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
Deposit Protection
Where applicable, customer deposits are protected through the Independent Warranty Association (IWA), helping to provide additional security throughout your installation project.
Aftercare & Support
Our support doesn’t end when your installation is complete.
